17 terrain sle Awd lease deal

Hey hackers
Can you let me know if you think there is more room to negotiate? Suppose to go sign papers tonight just want to see if this is good or can I do better
MSRP 30,370
Sell price $26503
Incentives/ rebates $4740
Doc fee / $454 ( they actually reduce in sell price)
DMV $400
Acq$ 595
Zero drive off
Nj tax .6875
$259 month including tax

Are you getting the $3,000 lease conquest incentive?

How many months and miles?

It would probably be significantly cheaper if it was 24 months (due to the large rebate).

Sorry it’s 36 months 10k.
I’m not sure if the breakdown of rebates. I was only expecting 1500 for 4740 was a surprise

Where is this in NJ?

When using the LH calculator I get $254 for your current terms (I wouldn’t consider that a big enough discrepancy to worry about).

https://leasehackr.com/calculator?make=GMC&msrp=30370&sales_price=26503&months=36&mf=.00127&dp=0&doc_fee=454&acq_fee=595&taxed_inc=4740&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=56&reg_fee=400&sales_tax=6.875&memo=&zero_driveoff=true&totalLeaseTax_radio=true&miles=10000

But If you change it to 24/10k it drops to $231. Waive the acquisition fee (by raising the mf) and it drops to $228. It might be worth considering if you don’t mind the shorter term.

Ok well I’m down to $235 a month still nothing out of pocket
Kept 36 months /10k
At the end I was too confused with how they were dropping the price and panicked… but pretty happy w the final payment. That is until someone tell me they could get a better deal :weary:

Hello

Do you mind sharing the dealer?
I am also in NJ north.
Sounds like you got a good deal.

Other than not getting 24 months that is a good deal. Well done. The MF may have been higher on 24 months so maybe not any cheaper.

24/10 - .00121 and 65%
36/10 - .00127 and 56%
39/10 - .00127 and 54%

It would have been cheaper, but it’s also about personal preference if you really want 36 months vs 24.

It looks like your only getting $576 off of MSRP and the rest is rebates. You should be able to do much better than that. I have a 2016 Terrain Denali that is almost at the end of a 2 year lease. I pay $275 a month and the sticker price was $38,xxx. You are leaving $$ on the table and should shop around for a better deal.

No, the discount of $3,867 is in addition to the $4,740 of rebates. I get $232 per month with his numbers so very close.

Yes! I was using the calculator throughout and matching to his monthly payment. I was getting 14% off MSRP as well as $4740 in rebates. Although, the lease agreement looked completely different in numbers… ( not sure how they made it work) but bottom line was still $235 so I wasn’t too concerned . It’s my first lease deal and I never would have imagined I could negotiate and gain the knowledge I have been getting over the last few months from u guys . Thank you
