17 Malibu LT $275/mo

I don’t have all. The details in front of me but

28800 msrp
Rebates and selling brice combo somewhere like 7k
10k miles
39 mo
. 00083
53% residual

Monthly with everything rolled in $275/mo
Drive off, first month and dmvs.

It meets the 1% rule. Is this any good?

Would you mind sharing more in detail RE: the 7k? I assume you received a competitor/loyalty lease at $1500 + $1200 GM CCR so that means you got $4300 between IVCs and lowering the Selling Price? I went this past weekend with a similar MSRP (I think 28,885) and received less than 4% off MSRP, no IVCs and with comp lease and gm ccr … I got quoted $385 per month!

Competitive, loyalty, college grad and lease cash I think was like 4000 in rebates and am additional 5-6% off. They said supplier pricing but I’m not even sure. They were all over the place.

Originally they screwed up and told me it was 288 with numbers that didn’t add up. After I was literally about to walk away because it didn’t make sense and the salesman was like why does it matter this is your number? The finance manager came over and we went through the numbers and he was quoting me at 61% residual not 53%. So they kinda screwed up and went away and came back but lowered the selling price to compensate

They didn’t “screw up”…they tried to “screw you”. LOL
Good for you that you caught it, most people would have just shrugged and said I got a low pyamnet, good enough.

Try 24 month and 36 month terms.

The numbers on a 36 are 2% higher with same MF so the payment goes up like 3 dollars a month for 3 less months… The 2 year is terrible at 61% and the MF jumps to .00085 instead of .00083 so the payment increases yet again.
