Ugh so I saw a broker posting a 2026 for 15 month leases so reached at to my dealer and he said yes 15 month leases are in effect this month. No idea which models or rates. I think it will be 7 series only to compete with MB 13 months leases.

It’s only for the 2026 760xi Sedan. 15-month lease term with special residuals (69%/15k, 71%/12k, 72%/10k) and a minimum of 10k miles/year (no 7500 allowed).
Base MF is 0.0005.
Same rebates as other terms apply ($2k lease cash, $5k loyalty, and $2k GKL).

What’s a target discount pre rebate on these for May? I know its early in the month. Eyeing a local dealer with a ‘26 760 that says it’s been on the lot for 90 days.

Well even an 17% discount with NY tax on a 135k MSRP looks like this, so I’d say a frenzy is about to begin.
Not a ton of 760 numbers out there. Saw some 11-12% last month.
Yeah maybe it’s too early for those discounts. I’m sure the good folks in this thread will test the limits.

I am surprised the XM and i7 are not included in the 15-month program…
I posted one at 13% off and base (brand-new).

Not surprising at all. Makes no sense to offer a lease for a time period when the vehicles value takes the highest depreciation hit.
The XM and I7 would have a 65% residual in just a year vs a 81% on a Pathfinder
