Hopefully I am posting in the right area 
I am having a hell of a time trying to get these dealers in the Chicagoland area to do $0 DAS - is this a thing of the past? I’m looking to put as little down as possible and stay under $350 if possible ~ in a SUV. Any suggestions? I know Kia is giving $7500 credit for their electric cars but I kind of want to stay away from electric. Any help much appreciated
