When you lease a loaner, do you also take on the miles the loaner had?

For example if you had a loaner with 5k miles, and you do a 36/10k lease, can you only put on 25k yourself? Or are you free to put on 30k? Sorry for the noob question.

no, you would be able to put on 30. car would have 35 at lease end
