Bmw program details for Oct are supposed to be 0.00182 MF and 56% residual how can I be within the 1% what am I missing here? All help is appreciated and thank you in advance. This is my 2nd lease. My 1st lease is a ram rebel 56k msrp 0 down 460 a month 36 month 10k miles yr.

Those miles kill the deal with lower RV and no incentives anymore.

So the demo went qualify for any incentives ?
Is it worth pursuing this deal …I would love to be within the 1 % on this vehicle is there anything else I can do to lower the payment? Sorry for all the newb questions.

Instead of saying sorry, why not read up on how leasing BMW loaners work instead? There is a big thread dedicated to it. If you want to hit the 1% rule, you would probably need to look beyond FL dealers.
