Does anyone know if Nissan dealers are allowed to sell below invoice and then apply the VPP rebate? If they aren’t allowed, does anyone know dealers who do anyway (in the SE)? I know quite a few Infiniti dealers who will but have come up empty when asking for that sort of arrangement with my local Nissan dealers.

How about Colorado? Currently toying with the idea of buying a 2018 Leaf to benefit from the Federal and State tax credits and have VPP through my employer. Do you know if I can negotiate my discount first and them ask them to add VPP discount like Inifinti deals?
