I read lots of GL leasing deals and some of them had more than 10k down from MSRP.
Are there more rooms more negotiate?
Also tax is loos higher than some others. Anyone know how to calculate lease tax?

Is this a new car or Loaner? If its a loaner, you can negotiate more. I assume the Acquisition fee is $1095 as most NJ dealers mark-up the fee. The tax is based on the total lease cost in your case its ($579 * 36 months) * NJ tax rate.

If you have a Pen fed incentive/ USAA fleet/incentive, that should help and maxing your MSD’s will bring the MF down.

It’s New car. It seems not much room for negociate?

I read most of 2019 GLC300 deals, and some of them made more than 10k down price from MSRP.

Also I am planing to do MSD.

how much is the actual acquisition fee?

I am not sure that, however they will charge Disposition fee($595).

and Fees include Doc, Registration, Nj Tire and Electric filling ($828.50)

It’s a decent discount, nothing special. Currently you are getting ~14%, but you can push for 15% before any incentives and ask for free pre-paid maintenance. Also, price shop with bridgewater (NJ)/ Mercedes of Manhattan/ Mercedes-Benz of Wilkes-Barre (PA) to see the lowest they can come down to. I’ve seen them giving great number when you push them.
