Why does the home page to this site have outdated and old listings for lease deals from months to years ago? Many of those “deals” have expired.

Moved to suggestions. That said, they do still show how to construct a deal. Most similar examples would be outdated in a new month, and no deal example will most likely ever be applicable to everyone at any given time.

Add a “replicability” flag to the postings and post most liked replicable deals every month. Can be done manually or using a script.
