[Lease Transfer] 2017 BMW M4 Competition | $990/mo Bay Area

,

15 months and 18500 miles still remaining on the lease. $990.57 is the monthly payment. No down payment required.

Black M4 Competition Package 2017. Carbon Fiber roof, spoiler, additional HP, etc. the whole nine yard. DCT Automatic. Excellent condition. Ceramic coated.

Typically M4 Comp lease is well over $1300 per month, so why is my monthly payment so damned low? It’s because as a first time leaser I was a complete idiot and put down a huge down payment. My idiocy is your gain!

I’m getting rid of it to get a more practical vehicle for my family and my new dog.

Happy to send you more pics or more info.

You’re going to need to offer a big incentive to move this.

Post the build if you can and more pictures never hurt

Looks like standard lighting (non LED). Hard to tell from dark pictures.

whats the buy out?

I’m looking for my lease paperwork folks. Should have the residual and the full build info, etc. I remember the residual being around $49k. More pictures are coming.

@jananth1 I’m curious. I thought the low monthly payment (due to my original down payment of $10k) was incentive enough. Would love your thoughts - I’m new to this.

Just FYI, I was offered a new M3 CS with MSRP of 102k for about $860 before taxes.
That’s with minimum drive off.

You put down $10k in CCR? What’s the vehicle’s MSRP?

E: updated title. Please also note in your OP the responsibility of the transfer fee

Those are some I found with 2 minutes of searching

Most of the M3’s in Cali or Tri-state area are in the $900’s p/m with Comp pack and DCT. With the miles you have left it should lease fairly easily on swapalease, maybe a small incentive to move it faster.

Unfortunately with the recent improvements on M3 and M4 deals the numbers look more ordinary here, but leasehackr is a skewed, niche market.

Holy crap @jananth1 those are fantastic deals. I don’t think you can get anything like that from Bay Area dealers though. @ajgraham thanks for the advice I will try swapalease.

All great deals here…
