Wow, I didn’t realize the RV had dropped so much. I got an Upland in July (also $39,935) and the RV was 53% and the MF was about the same. However, with those incentives, you should still be able to get to mid $300s.
As the month comes to a close, dealers will be more aggressive with the sales prices. You need a bigger discount. Also, you MUST reach out via email to multiple dealers and expand your search radius. Call them up, get the email address of the internet sales manager and make your offers.
I think you have at least another $1500 room there for sales price. Residual does hurt though.
I live in PA and I’ve reached out to every dealer that has the vehicle I want in PA, OH, MD, and NY. This is the best I’ve got so far, some havent responded at all, some quit replying after 1 generic email.
I suppose the best option now would be to wait till closer to end of month
