BMW lease credits - are they based on garaging location?

is it based on dealer location or buyers home address?

I was told recently, I think in @BMW_Dave’s thread, that incentives are based on location of dealer now.

@Electrifi38 is correct. BMW incentives are based on dealer location, not buyer’s address. Taxes are based on buyer’s address.

I stand to be corrected. Good to know, I thought it was based on car registration.
