2019 BMW 330i lease deal does it look ok?

,

Guys,

I’m about to sign tomorrow, let me know if this is crazy… Seems to be a bad month to shop, few incentives and high MF for 2019. But I cannot keep waiting already returned my previous lease (infiniti).

2019 BMW 330i MSport all tech options…
MSRP: 56,270
Sell Price: 50,583
Rebates: $1,500 (corporate fleet)
Added $607 ‘Tag Fee’ to the calculator to the 799 dealer fee
Drive off: 1st month + $600 inception
MF: .00188
Monthly: $641 + FL tax (7.7) = $690
36/12 59% residual

Hopefully this works:

Wait if you want a better deal on the new 3 series or grab a loaner 2018 for a couple hundred less on a 24mo or get a 5 series, E class. That payment is crazy high.

damn…it’s a good discount but that monthly is approaching 540i levels

Discount looks good, but a lot of other numbers don’t look right. Acq fee is $995 and pretty sure there is no fleet/corp rebate for $1500 anymore. MF has also only been going up with BMW in the last year, so doubt it’ll be going down anytime soon.

Thanks everyone…

I added $600 to the acquisition fee since i could not figure how to add a $600 tag fee from the dealer that is rolled into the lease.

The fleet discount is a certificate I got from my employer that says up to $2,750 on leases but dealer is honoring $1,500.

Is the payment really up to 540 level (with a $1,250 DAS)?

This is an all option loaded 330 $56k, same tech on a 530 series is $10k more MSRP, 540 $13k.

Seems MF is also hurting most brands right now.

The payment feels high and I’m trying to convince myself its only because its a new model all tech and not because I’m doing poorly negotiating price.

Wait six months, you will save, at least, $5k.

This lease sucks. It is cheaper to lease a 5-Series right now.

MF isn’t hurting most brands right now, but BMW simply tends to have a noticeably higher MF than others (but also higher residuals to help make up).

Get help, preferably from a broker.

Here’s what you should aim for
NYCLIFE

Thank you for the link! Very helpful.

I plugged in my deal with the same lease conditions: adjusted MSRP, my dealer’s %discount, same drive off items (leaving the $799 dealer fee in the lease), same MSD , adjusted to 10k residual (60%), adjusted my rebate to $500 less since I’m not loyalty. It came out to $482 with my dealer vs $466.

If I delete the ‘hidden’ $600 feed they cooked in, it comes out to the same monthly. Seem this is the only thing left to negotiate?

Make sense?

Supakimchee,

What broker would you recommend? Can they quickly give me numbers to decide if not to take this deal?

Thanks!

You can always try to negotiate more discount off msrp. Also put seven deposits down, that will save you more on the monthly.
