2019 Acura MDX SH-AWD with A-Spec Package lease deal check

Just got quoted this deal for Acura MDX in socal:

MSRP $55795
Sale price $45024.26
Money factor .002
Residual rate 55%
License and fees $684
Monthly payment $584, tax included
Drive of $1500
36 month, 12k miles/year

Is it a good deal?

Thank you!

Lease months? Miles?

36 month, 12k miles

Do you qualify for conquest or loyalty? If so, is that included?

There is $6250 in lease cash on the MDX Tech/A-Spec/Advance right now, so assuming this sale price does not include any conquest or loyalty, you’re getting about an 8.1% discount from MSRP - not bad, but not great - probably close to invoice. I’d shoot for a 10% discount before lease cash and any loyalty (basically shoot for another $1200 discount before incentives).

Good luck!

Thanks a lot for the feedback!

Do you think the incentives will be better for Memorial Day?

Signed today and would like to share:
MDX Advance
MSRP $57,045
Adjusted Capitalized Cost: $41,997 (26% off msrp!)
Drive off: $950
Monthly: $505 + tax
36 month, 12k miles/year

Probably should purchase tomorrow to improve on finance charges…
Are there any restrictions on how soon it can be done?

I could only get the Tech down to $499/mo + tax. So this is a pretty great deal.

No restriction as far as Acura would tell me. Once you see the payoff quote online, you should be able to pay it. Dealership would prefer you make 3 payments, because then they get to keep their lease charge. But as far as I can tell from my 2017 lease documents there’s no penalties and you won’t pay the interest

@sigvin 26% off msrp?! Is that a common scenario with Acura and other luxury brands? My wife is interested in an MDX, so I’m just starting to see what we could do.

Still learning. Is it generally better to purchase after starting lease deal?

I believe it is with the $8500 factory incentive.
