Outstanding experience with Zack. Always helpful, never annoyed when I had questions and took his time. He was very knowledgeable about the order process and on top of things when the car arrived. He oversaw the paperwork process and there were no surprises. Alerted me about a $500 loyalty discount that popped up. I had the car shipped to Nevada. There were some snafus with the shipping (my shipper) and Zack was helpful through it all. I went to Zack for the discount but was surprised at how valuable the service element turned out to be.

A dear friend of mine in San Diego asked for my help finding her a deal on a custom order X5.
Zack reached out to me via PM after noting a related question Iād posted that wasnāt garnering the responses I needed, and filled in an important gap of understanding for me to complete our shopping exercise.
I asked him for an offer for her build code at the same time, and it was immediately obvious from the numbers that we didnāt need to shop any further.
The bonus of home delivery removed any logistical hassles of shopping outside of the immediate San Diego area, which weād already determined would likely be necessary.

This was our first lease, first BMW, and wife wanted a specific hard to find iX combo. Zack helped track down a good match, had the car transferred to the dealership and came through with great lease terms. Everything was ready to go when we picked up the car, no surprises or gimmicks.
Negotiating deals with car dealerships is right up there with root canal procedures, and I would not hesitate use Zack again.
