I had an amazing experience leasing my 2025 BMW iX with Zack at ZZ Auto Deals. Not only did he get me a fantastic deal, but the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The car was delivered to my house in just two days, which was incredibly convenient. When it arrived, I noticed a few minor scratches from the dealer, and without hesitation, Zack arranged for a detailer to come out and buff them outānow it looks perfect. His customer service went above and beyond, and I highly recommend working with him!

Zack was an absolute pleasure to work withāknowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient. I had a very specific car in mindāa 2024 BMW X3 in Black Sapphire with Cognac interior and the M Sport trimāand he managed to secure one of the last ones in SoCal for me. He got me a fantastic deal, and the entire processāfrom paperwork to deliveryāwas completely seamless.
What really stood out was how easy and stress-free Zack made everything. He handled all the logistics and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly. His dealership of choice was also friendly and efficient, which made the final steps even smoother.

I had the pleasure of working with Zack the last few days to secure my 2025 BMW i4 eDrive40. He was SUPER responsive at all hours of the day and night. Very honest, and has excellent communication skills. He had to arrange a dealership trade to get the car I wanted, but that was seamless to me. There was a slight hiccup with the final financing step (not his fault), but it was quickly resolved. I take delivery of my car tomorrow and canāt wait!

I usually just copy and paste reviews through different sources but since people reading this get it already, I will write one specifically for you.
Holy shit. I went from talking to dealers, them treating my like ādumb girl easy paydayā, to lease brokers that didnāt get back to me or were incredibly unprofessional āu tryna bi or leese?ā, to giving up and deciding to keep my car despite being over it. Then here or reddit, donāt recall which, someone mentioned Zach and ZZ so I decided Iād give it one more shot. My friends were even asking, āI thought you gave up on a new car?ā I had.
I sent a text expecting more games or silence. Three days later, my dream lease that I thought was out of reach is pulling up in front of my house. I honestly thought paying a broker was silly but the price was so worth it. I save more than that in my first two months! And it was so much lower than anyone else I had spoken with.
I had some missteps with insurance (tesla for ev insurance, youāll thank me, even though itās a pain. More than $200/mo less than ANY other quote) and Zach was patient and kind and went the extra mile (ha!) to get me information he had to stretch to get.
I must have tried to speak to at least twelve people in this process between dealers and brokers. They were all little league to Zachās game. Hell, they arenāt even filling water bottles on Zachās field. He even found a corporate discount through my employer that I knew nothing about! WHAT?!?!
Ok, I gotta go. Gotta go post in all my pilot forums about Zach. Pilots love us some sweet wheels, and Zach is the way to get them!
I may not have a partner on this Valentineās day, but I found love in this beauty! All thanks to Zach.

Zack was the easiest broker Iāve interacted with. Transparent and quick to respond, and helped me clarify a few things both before signing and on pickup day. Got a great deal too, on a pretty specific build configuration.

Had an amazing experience with Zack. I first reached out to him a few months ago so he can help me get out of my stupid Porsche Cayenne lease and find a way to get me into a BMW iX without paying more money than I already was. Not only did he find a way to get it done, he found a deal where Iād end up paying less money, despite me having negative equity in my Porsche lease. I took more than 2 months to actually commit and make up my mind, and not once did Zack make me feel rushed or make me feel like I was wasting his time. Iāve worked with other brokers in the past and Iām usually not super responsive and take long to make decision, and those other brokers have been quick to brush me off or just stop communicating. Zack was totally accommodating and never pressured me. To top things off, he made the process totally painless. In fact, he made it possible to get the deal started while I was on vacation with family, and it only took up 10 minutes of my time. He arranged to have the car delivered to me the morning after I got back from vacation. The actual signing process also took less than 10 minutes. Even after I got the car, I needed some additional info so I can get the free charging set upā¦ and Zack got me the info I needed in less than a minute.
To recap: amazing deal, amazing service, the exact specs I wanted, took a TOTAL of 20 minutes of my time/attention, the car was delivered to my door, and I even got the same amazing service after the deal was done. Canāt beat that.
