Lease and Finance programs are still NOT LOCKABLE - BMW FS has continued this and dealers still cannot lock lease or finance programs this month. This means the Residual Value (RV), Money Factor (MF), APR (for finance), and any rebates (including Loyalty) are all subject to change for incoming units / orders that will arrive after August 2, 2026.

39-Month Lease Term (Continued) - the 39-month lease term residual will match the 36-month lease term residual. Must take delivery by 8/2. Eligible on the following cars only (some 2025 models also qualify):

Enhanced Loyalty (GKL/M Customers) (Continued) - additional rebate available for those who currently have an M2, M3, M4, M5, M8, X3M, X4M, X5M, X6M, 7-Series, 8-Series, X7, XM, or Alpina in the household. This is in addition to standard Loyalty. Must take delivery by 8/2. Enhanced Loyalty Rebates are available only on the following models:
-2025 XM/XM Label - $12,500 rebate
-2026 XM Label - $2,000 rebate
-2025/2026 7-Series (incl. i7) - $2,000 rebate
-2026 X7 M60i - $2,000 rebate
-2025/2026 8-Series - $2,000 rebate -
Conquest for 2025/2026 X7 Only - Conquest Lease/APR Credit of $1,000 for customers with competitive brand vehicles in the household. It is NOT combinable with Loyalty. The qualifying Conquest vehicle must be registered in the same household where the new BMW will be registered. Must take delivery by 8/2.

BMW GKL Conquest Program for 7-Series - Conquest Lease/APR Credit of $2,000 for customers coming out of select competitive models and getting into a 2025/2026 7-Series or i7. This is NOT combinable with Loyalty. The qualifying Conquest vehicle must be registered in the same household where the new BMW will be registered. Must take delivery by 8/2. The following competitive cars qualify:

15-Month Lease on 2026 760xi and 2027 X7 xDrive40i Only (New) - Special new lease term specifically for these two models only. Special RV’s (69% for 15k miles; 71% for 12k miles; 72% for 10k miles). No 7500 miles allowed. Special MF of 0.0005 for the 2026 760xi and 0.00130 for the 2027 X7 xDrive40i. Must take delivery by 8/2.

Special Finance Rates for 2026 Models - as low as 0.9% for 24-60 months (330i, 7-Series, X1 28i, X3 30i, X5, X7), 1.99% for 24-60 months (M340i, X1 M35i, X3 M50i), and 2.99% for 24-60 months (2-Series GC and 5-Series).
