One-Pay Leases - BMW FS is now offering a 75-basis point reduction to the Money Factor for a one-pay lease for leases that are 36 months or more.
Multiple Security Deposits (MSDs) - BMW FS continues to offer MSDs on all leases. Each MSD is the equivalent of one monthly payment rounded up to the nearest $50. Each MSD drops the Money Factor by 6 basis points and you can do a maximum of 7x MSDs for a total of 42 basis points reduction to the Money Factor.

2024 BMW iX xDrive50 - Residual Value (RV) has been bumped down 1% to 54% for 36/7500 leases (53% for 10k, 52% for 12k, 50% for 15k). The base Money Factor is also back up to 0.00111 for Tier 1 (it was fun while it lasted!)
2024 i4 35/40/M50 - Now eligible for loyalty rebate of $1,000
Might be easier to decipher deals for prospective clients if you can post the % discount/$$ off for each model. Don’t see that in your post or in the spreadsheet, just the title (which is what caught my eye because M3s at discount is a great deal)
Appreciate the feedback! Discounts vary depending on the dealer, so I find it much more manageable to quote specific cars for prospective clients case by case depending on the car. I’m happy to share the breakdown of each deal with clients upon their request
I’m sure most brokers work with different dealers but are still able to put a % discount to each unit. I’m a long time user so your potential clientele might think differently but if I need to send a message to get the % discount or look at numbers and try to work backwards, that’s extra work for me.

The 2024 iX xDrive50 lease program remains the same as January. Base MF of 0.00111 based on Tier 1 credit, 54% RV for 7500 miles, and $9900 total lease cash. Still no loyalty.
