XC 40 Momentum Need Help in Deciding and Suggestions

Hi All,

Below is the deal I got from my dealer in SF Bay Area for an XC 40 Momentum Fully Loaded MSRP - 46K

Monthly Payment - 510
Drive off - 1421 includes DMV registration and first month
Zip : 94608

I luckily found this forum which made me skip that deal as I have been reading a lot of you guys got better deals and also read about MF and RV which I didn’t know before.

Can anyone please suggest to me what is a good deal on a 47K MSRP 2020 XC40? I am also open to leasing 2020 XC 60 - Which one would have better deals?

Should I consider buying the 2020 car if I am okay with high monthly payments if the dealer is giving me a 10% discount on MSRP with a 2K incentive? or like I have been reading it is never a good idea to buy a new car should I consider looking for a CPO Volvo?

Thank you for your help in advance. I am a newbie in this so there might be a lot of dumb questions :slight_smile:

My friends suggested me that september would be the best month as dealers are trying to clean up inventory and its the last month of the quarter so should i wait post labor day to get a better deal

Have you confirmed that there’s actually $0 incentives on this? I’m guessing you’re missing the dealer cash/volvo allowance that’s been rolled into the selling price.

@mllcb4 I also noticed there are some incentives. The incentives on XC60 are good this month atleast in the bay area.

What would be a good deal for monthly payment on an XC60 MSRP 52k ? Did anyone get a deal ?
