Where do you invest your money?

How about college kids who figured out a way to convert student loans into cash, and are bankrolling their meme crap with the student loans under the assumption that Biden will forgive all student debt and stonks only go up.

Overall this is a great time to make money for disciplined investors, but overall this is heading to a very bad place.

I still invest. IRA, 401K, rental properties, etc. I’ve never been a fan of day trading. I think of it like someone who gambles; they’re always tell you when they’re up but never how much they lost. You’d also be shocked at how many people can manage your money but fail to manage their own with something as easy as a company match on a 401k.

Completely agree…how much you want to bet old Joe gets conned into bailing these kids out as well.

I use Schwab and like it (although I generally stick to index funds).

Honestly, for most people, index funds are the way to go or target retirement funds. They can set it and forget it. Check in on it and also have it add X% per year for increases.

I can make anyone a millionaire without a YouTube video, phony add in a small town paper. But it’s boring and takes time and it’s not as “fun” as meme stocks, and pink sheet boiler rooms and fake cryptos lol

It’s called index funds and time.

Tortoise and the hare haha

I think when the dust settles the title of the new story will be Tortoise and the lemmings.

Amc is a joke and will be single digits. $30 billion market cap is a damn joke.

How about the stock sales in their executive suites from the spike? #thirsty

I don’t have enough invested to be burnt by the sun. A movie is going to be made about the Moon Squeeze and I just want to say I was a part of it. Lol

I like that AMC is selling more shares, no dilution at this valuation :grinning:

This being the internet, you can say whatever you want without losing actual money. Just saying. I have a buddy who has all of one share of Tesla that he bought ages ago, and is now with a straight face saying that his investment in Tesla made gazillion percent profit. Which is true at face value, but it’s also a grand total of nothing in dollar terms.

Well he’s not lying. He did make a gazillion percent profit just not a gazillion dollars.

136M shotted shares still outstanding on loan according to Ortex.

I’ll sell when I feel they’ve properly covered; it’s only just begun. In the interim playing call/puts off the volatility.

I’m pretty sure it’s abundantly evident most aren’t in AMC for the fundamentals, at least I would hope most understood that. Cracks me up at all the people upset over this
