And my calculator is just off on the effective month but lease hackr score is a year off and effective monthly is just off also. Where did I go wrong? And the cash monthly payment is off. Numbers are from Rate Finder.
Where are your dealer doc and gov fees in your calculator?

Not my deal. Just got for the signed forum. Though a dealer who had 7% discounts in August won’t go below msrp currently.
My advice, patience. Most dealers think people are rushing to save on the$7,500 EV credit. As the weeks pass, the dealership will get more desperate. Patience always takes time and saves money while impatience always takes money to save time. Sadly, time and money are cruel masters that rarely align
