Someone needs to meme this question of 1% in Nov 2021.
I heard you shouldn’t put money down on a lease but I see adds stating 3k down etc. I know by putting money down it may be taxed. How else can you get a low monthly payment w/o money down?
You pay the taxes one way or the other.
The only way to lower the cost of the lease is to lower the cost of the lease. Bigger discount.
