What should I pay to lease a Honda Accord Touring V6 4dr? or CRV EXL TOURING?

I am leasing a Pilot…drive about 7,000 per year. My lease is not up…I have made 18 on time payments to HONDA FINANCIAL. A dealer told me my pilot would be an even wash…no equity…I won’t owe. My goal is to have a safe vehicle but I really want lower payments. I have decent credit…the one dealer said since I’m a current HONDA owner that I’ll get the preferred tier rating.

here is what I was offered…
$453 1st month payment due
$423
$408

can I get better?

How about a CRV? I think the CRV might be better since I’m used to an SUV, but the salesman is telling me there aren’t many deals for the CRV so my payments would be over $450

Are you sure you need a Touring? Honda really screws you as you go up the trim ladder. Not only do the cars get significantly more expensive, the RV goes down.

My husband likes the sporty look of an accord with a V6 engine…so for Accord we like the Touring…for CRV…I am fine with EXL…I really want a remote start…leather interior…sun/moon roof…rear and side cameras…with the lowest payment possible

You can get so much better cars than an Accord for those payments. Search the forums for loaner e300s, loaner c300s, Q50s, S90s, QX60s and several others.

the non-touring accord v-6 has 4% additional residual for 36mo/12k miles, 50% vice 46%
lease cash is 3100 (1600+1500)
mf = 0.00059
discount from msrp of 10% is possible with the lease cash stacking
honda incentives are national
all you need is to plug the data into the lease calculator and add your state tax rate and doc/dmv estimates
you should be able to get close to the 1% rule-of-thumb

I know absolutely nothing about lease deals…I have always owned a vehicle. I am being told by the salesman that there are “LEASE DEALS ON ACCORDS…BUT NOTHING FOR PILOTS OR CRV’S” a CRV EXL has a MSRP of $31535 so where can I find info on how to get the lowest lease payment?

why don’t you want to keep the Pilot? Was that lease so bad?
