My Tesla Model 3 Performance lease ends in March (after having extended it 6 months). The current payment is $700/month with 10k miles per year.
Tesla doesn’t allow buy outs for the Model 3, so that’s not an option unfortunately.
I want to stay at ~$700/month and am totally fine going back to an ICE vehicle, but prefer electric.
What do I do next? Any recs?

Nope - looked into that but don’t qualify
Look into buying a Used Tesla 3 P, You could get a 2020 for about $42K or go RWD and save $10K if you don’t “NEED” the Performance 
Buy a used 3LR (I think Mannheim wholesale values for 2021s are like 37k average).
Buy a brand new Bolt or similar EV depending on state rebates.
Or get an 18-24M Nissan or Jeep lease to wait for lease deals to get better:
You can rent a base model 3 from autonomy for $450+3000 for 1 year effective $700 month, dont go over a year as it scales up to $1000 and wait for a really good deal to show up
Any other gas vehicles that you would suggest? I’m totally fine with going back to one, I might even prefer it…
How much did you put down in that Tesla? I recall looking a few years ago and couldn’t get under $600 for a base model.
Not too many lease deals out there… you could finance something depending on what you like.
I put down ~$2k and then ~$3k in NY incentives they were doing in 2019 that I also put down. In total 5k but only 2k out of my pocket. I can’t remember exactly but it was something along those lines
If you want ICE, then look at BMW 3xx, 5xx, Lexus IS350, Audi A3, A4, MB C300…i think they should be around $700. Lease numbers are bad in todays mkt.
Other option is to buy used M3 as others mentioned.
Used M3 prices are dropping like a Rock.
Used brokers in Mkt place to capture these deals…

BMW i4 RWD full electric are not bad either but might be slightly higher then $700 . You get the best of both world…
Being stuck in a 530i for 3 years after a 3 Performance? And paying $700 per month for that privilege?

What do you suggest I do? I can’t buy a car as this is a company vehicle…
I would get a short term lease.
What do you think about the SQ5? I believe they were in the 700/750 range last time I checked.
