With all the supply chain issues and surges in demand that have plagued us, many cars have gigantic lead times when custom ordering - So what’s everyone got on order and is currently waiting on? That shiny new 911? Just put yourself on a list for a Z06? Or have you tried reserving the elusive Rav4 Prime realizing that your local Toyota dealer listed a bunch of Rav4s in stock which you later found out were actually CPO models being sold at MSRP?
Me personally, I have a 2023 X7 and a 2023 M3 6MT on order. The X7 I’ve had on order since early July, it’s currently scheduled for production the week of August 29th, so I should have it delivered by mid-late September. Not too bad.
The M3 is another story… I’ve had one on order since March and still don’t have an allocation yet. I’m not confident I’ll get the car this year… so hoping for early next year.
So in reality I’m creating this thread for us to share our misery during this agonizing wait.
