Well, that Eastern European delicacy BUREK
Used 1lb Phyllo Dough, 1 lb Feta Cheese, 3 eggs, Leftover Grass-Fed Ground beef, some Ghee and started layering…40 minutes in 350ºF oven.

Made some homemade drinkable yogurt ( Whole milk Yogurt and Organic Whole Milk in a shaker btl) :face_savoring_food:




My stash of airplane cookies reached absurd new heights.

So I ground them up and added sugar, salt and butter to make a crust,

and topped that with a quick ganache

(butter, cream, Dutch process cocoa left from a previous brownie adventure, brown sugar, some instant coffee crystals and a dash of salt).

I don’t have any nasturtiums, but an orange or yellow one would have been the perfect garnish.

Bought some Spring Mix from COSTCO BUSINESS center 3 lb bag for $6 a week ago…made salads a couple of times-started turning so instead of throwing it away, made some Soup out of the rest today, added extra veggies, Beef Bone Broth, salt-pepper and Primal Kitchen Alfredo for extra flavor…and Dinner is ready

Almond Flour tortillas, pork tacos with Truff Hot sauce, avocado
Had some frozen Thin cut Pork Chops-just enough for a few tacos worth… added spices, adobo style sauce

Keto wheat stuffed crust pizza. Surprisingly good for only having 8g of net carbs in the whole 12” pie. Yes, I drizzle ranch and pesto don’t @ me

Pasta with garlicky chicken and peanut sauce.

I doubled the garlic, and the sriracha and double-cut chili flakes this time, and it’s the best version I’ve ever done.

I also dumped in some cubed pieces of breast meat from the turkey I roasted a couple of days ago.
