Used 1lb Phyllo Dough, 1 lb Feta Cheese, 3 eggs, Leftover Grass-Fed Ground beef, some Ghee and started layering…40 minutes in 350ºF oven.
Made some homemade drinkable yogurt ( Whole milk Yogurt and Organic Whole Milk in a shaker btl)
Bought some Spring Mix from COSTCO BUSINESS center 3 lb bag for $6 a week ago…made salads a couple of times-started turning so instead of throwing it away, made some Soup out of the rest today, added extra veggies, Beef Bone Broth, salt-pepper and Primal Kitchen Alfredo for extra flavor…and Dinner is ready
Almond Flour tortillas, pork tacos with Truff Hot sauce, avocado
Had some frozen Thin cut Pork Chops-just enough for a few tacos worth… added spices, adobo style sauce
No REAL EFFORT meals…all COSTCO finds
Wild Caught Salmon Burgers on Ciabatta bread (Oh, they got flipped a few more times for more color)
Spanakopita-Not as good as My Homemade BUREK, but good enough for a clearance priced item
