Westchester Customers... lease in July vs August

In the situation of car buying/leasing, Texas charges 6.25% as tax. In addition, there is no income in the loner star state.

Right about sales tax, but that wasnā€™t my point. Itā€™s also on the entire purchase price, so the 2% ā€œsavingsā€ from the regular rate in some places are moot.

I know thereā€™s no income tax there. Not only am I a state and local tax attorney and know this in general, but I did live and work there for 3 years while I was in college.

This is my neighborhood, prices have started stalling here.
