i just went through this. negotiated it down. it had to make sense. Where I found most value are - tires and windshield. Windshield is the biggest thing (CA windshield goes to comprehensive, last time 2 of my leases had to replace windshield thanks to Safelite making it worse) - around $1950 from my research. Curb rash is nothing, i have a guy that does it $70-80 per wheel and it’s like brand new. Maybe scuffs but never needed it knock on wood
