Washington DC area - Looking for a DEAL, preferably 24 month lease but I'm flexible on everything!

Substantial list of cars I’m considering, and am primarily looking for something manual, but if there’s an auto, more luxury oriented vehicle, I’m fine with that.

I’m trying to maximize bang for my buck, so I’m equally fine with getting something cheap as more expensive. I would like to keep the lease under $500, but am a little flexible on that upper number if it’s a great deal. Also, comfortable seats are a huge plus (DC roads suck). My credit score is 774, but I’ve never leased or owned new before. I drive a beater 1993 Volvo 850 that has no AC or heater, torn seats, a suspension that is on its way out. Car has to be replaced ASAP.

Currently am considering the following cars: Fiat 500 Abarth (Would buy used), Mazda Miata, Golf GTI, Focus Fiesta ST/Focus ST, Mustang GT, Camaro and perhaps any of the more entry level luxury vehicles.

I know deals are hard to come by for performance oriented vehicles, which is why I’m also perfectly fine getting something non performance oriented if it’s a great deal!

Thanks!

500 Abarth, MX-5, Focus ST, and Mustang GT will be fairly mediocre leases. GTI, Fiesta ST, and Camaro leases will be average.

How about FR-S? Residuals are pretty high. Scion used to be about no-haggle pricing, but now that it’s being folded into Toyota, it seems dealers are starting to discount them like any other car.
