I’m looking for a short-term lease 24-30 mon (I’m open to taking over a lease as well) on either a Volkswagen e-Golf or an Audi e-tron.
I’ve heard anecdotally that I could get into a VW e-Golf for around $150/mo (not sure what or if that includes a down payment). Only problem is I cannot find any new e-Golfs in Los Angeles. Apparently, they weren’t selling since the drive range was not competitive. That said, I don’t need to drive more than 10 mi a day, and I like the way the e-Golf drives. If I could do $150/mo on this car, I’d do it.
The other car I’m looking at is the Audi e-tron. I’m seeing here and in other forums that I could get in one at around $300/mo – although I’m seeing a wide range in terms of down payment (or walk off). Considering the quality of the ride and the extra security of having some gas in the tank, I’d consider signing a lease for that amount as long as I can keep the walk off as low as possible.
