Crazy stuff. I sold a car to them about 7 years ago and all went smoothly. Last year I went to them to sell my Model 3 and they lowballed me until I told them I had a better offer and magically they were able to beat it. However, I would have had to drive back over there instead of closing on the slightly worse deal that would have taken me five minutes. I ended up doing the latter. In a last ditch effort, one of the “managers” from Bidlane called me and pretty much called me dumb for not going with them and instead trusting a lesser-known entity. Pretty ironic.
