I’m selling my leased Jeep Compass to Vroom and this process has been extremely long and with so many bumps in the road. Twice, they needed docs from me and never reached out to let me know it was holding everything up. I’ve had to be diligent about following up with a ton of false promises from them along the way. I FINALLY received the docusign earlier this AM and waiting for the FedEx package to arrive tomorrow. Once I send back, how long should I expect to wait for pick up? I’ve put a deposit on another car so I just need to set my expectations here. Any info on your previous experiences would be super helpful!
