If the car costs $47k with all the discounts, how much should the lease payment be with $0 down & 0 drive off? Maximum 10 MSD (allowed by Volvo?) Need to understand this before negotiating with anyone.

Your best bet is to look at previous posts and to start negotiating with numerous dealers over email.
There is nothing like how much is for that much, it could be $300 for 20k car, or $259.99 for $60k one. It depends what’s Volvo promo is, what dealer you’ve got and other factors. Some dealers just seat on their inventory until the year end, other make a few bucks and don’t pile up the cars on the lot.
Post details and we can comment. Payment is based upon depreciation + interest + fees divided by months of lease. MSRP and dealer discount + incentives control depreciation total. So a 47k price on a 54k vehicle is much more expensive than a 47k price on a 65k vehicle because residual is a fixed % of MSRP.
