Not a very impressive pre-incentive discount… coming out to 9.7%. Before he sent me this latest offer, I had asked him to go down to 51k pre-incentive and we’d have a deal.
What do you think? Should I say thanks, but no thanks, with the hope that he’ll come back with a better offer, rather than risk losing the deal.
