So, just got my S60 back from service and they quietly did the recall R29998. And it still doesn’t show on Volvo recall site for my VIN

Ursus, did you notice the radio now has Speed Compensated Volume that you cannot adjust or turn off?
Also, the map display in the cluster shows faint vertical bars near the edges of the speedo and tack.
Not yet. They picked it up and brought it back. But I see they updated the software, so I guess it’s there.
If they did, I really hope you can turn it off.
People love it, but I’m not a huge fan.

This is a ridiculous thing … how the bleep do you shut it off or adjust the sensitivity. Most cars I have had allow you to set the speed control volume to off, low, mid, high
