EX30 will have soundbar the whole dashboard length. Will be cool. Was also told it will be “cheap”.

Bloomberg carried an article this morning - Starting price of $35K. “Volvo is offering a choice between two powertrains for the EX30: A single-motor extended range variant achieves 275 miles on one charge and gets to 60 mph in 5.1 seconds, and the twin-motor-performance, all-wheel-drive variant gets to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds and boasts 265 miles of driving range.”

This very much seems like a product designed for the Chinese market. Which probably explains why they are building these in China and not South Carolina.
That said, the price 
. Even at MSRP, if they decide to pass on federal EV lease credit, you are talking about a very affordable lease payment.

Was told by my dealer that they are coming in September and he also said that the price will start in the $30Ks. Will see. He saw it in flesh and liked it.

I count 23 photos although many are the exterior from different angles.
Interesting interior but does looks small.
The Interior looks ‘simulated’, there’s one spot where I actually saw the ‘block model’ interior pure white and plastic looking.
My childhood memories of Volvos were those big station wagon type cars.
Now they are making SMARTs.

Two things I hate first - can’t seem to get rid of iPad interface and the second, summer 2024 delivery !
What I like - potential compact SUV cannibalizer due to its pricing and a near perfect alternative for someone like me who has watched Tesla with disdain due to various reasons. Due to its foreign origin it likely wont qualify for purchase tax breaks but makes it the best price/performance ratio. Competition finally in EV market and its sweet 
Yeah, it’s too bad Americans want large EVs. I like the size of the ID3, but we get the larger ID4. But good news if they put up some incentives to spur demand.
