Volt Premier first time ever lease

hello All
I’m totally new to leasing. might lease my first car tomorrow. I’ve been looking to buy a 17 Volt Premier. i looking at the numbers i think it might be better to lease. I’ve been quoted a price to buy a volt premier for 35,100.00 with the options i like. based on this with 0 down over 800 credit and i want to drive 18k a year for 36 months what should i be looking at for a lease payment per month with tax. will the 7500 fed tax credit apply to the 35100 to lower the price and tax of the car? please any help with this would be great I’m in the 91710 area code.

Try to negotiate at least 10% off msrp before incentives and tax credit.

MSRP = $40,100.00
Invoice = $39,232.00
Purchase price = $39,232.00
Cap Red = 5326.52
Rebate = $6775
Residual = .47
Money Factor =.0006
18k miles per year comes out to $555.72 a month with $0 down.
somethings not right…

Volt LT $199/m zero down.
This is on east coast but will give you a baseline.

Here is your “help”: you are not ready to do lease negotiations tomorrow.

Search for Chevy Volt in this forum and read up on all the threads. You should be around $0 down, maybe $250/mo (just a wild estimate). Your 18k miles may be 5-6% MSRP so maybe $300/mo max “effective payment” – means after you factor in the all the EV rebates, even the ones that will come in a couple of months (state)

and thats why I’m on here thank you!

I’m also interested in a Chevy Volt Premier lease, can you let me know the best deal you were able to find?

i have one premier in stock. drop me a text. 9097813640. buena park chevrolet

Here is the best lease deal I was able to find on a Volt Premier:

  • MSRP: $40,810
  • $2,400 total drive off
  • $330/month (includes taxes)
  • 12,000 miles per year
  • 36 month lease

Is there a better deal out there?
