VIN decoding question

Is there a website or some way to decode a VIN so as to determine what packages or options are installed on a vehicle? You know like the info that is on the window sticker. The couple websites I found pretty much showed only the model and trim type. Thanks

There are a couple OEMs that have this available. Are you asking about a specific vehicle or just in general?

Here is a site that has iframed a few of the OEMs into it. Sometimes these get shut down for various reasons.

I was looking at the possibility of buying a CPO or Used Infiniti but wanted to make sure what packages they had, most dealers had generic features, so it’s hard to compare vehicles. If I had the MSRP it would be easy too lol.

Try northamericanmotoring.com under the “Tools” menu you will find “Vin decoder”
It has worked for me in the past. I don’t think you need an account.

May be true for some old cars, but definitely is not the norm
