Verify Incentives on XC90

Can anyone verify the incentives available for a Volvo XC90 Inscription in PA?
All of the local dealers’ websites state this:
No security deposit required. Monthly payment of $629, based on $61,040 MSRP of 2018 XC90 T6 Inscription AWD with Metallic Paint, includes destination charge and application of $1,500 Lease Bonus, $1,500 Noncash Credit and $2,000 Allowance. Lessee is responsible for excess wear and mileage over 10,000 miles/year at $.25 / mile.

Is there really 5k ? Dealer I am working with did not know of $1500 Non cash credit. I can’t find anything beyond the $1500 lease bonus on Edmunds.

Build it on Volvo and click on payment estimator. It will show you all cash incentives.

I built one and it is only showing $3500. The extra 1500 is “noncash.” Would it show up as you stated as a “cash incentive?”
I know this is semantics but it seems very odd for something to be stated on the volvo usa generated portion of a dealer’s websites and not exist.

Estimator shows everything that applies to your lease, so if there is 3,500 and 1,500 - then that’s what you get.
