UT: $250/month with $0 DAS. What are my options?

I’m in Utah and man it is near impossible trying to negotiate a deal. The closest I’ve got to my $250/month $0 DAS budget is on a Kia LX. I need to get into something quick and I really don’t want to settle if there is the possibility of me Hacking my way into something nicer for the price I’m looking.

Is there anyone from the Utah area that has recently scored a good deal? Or any brokers/dealers that could take care of a Utahn. Thanks in advance!

Good luck, Utah dealers are one big monopoly. I’ve had to go to California to get my last couple of cars.
