Just when u thought that $600+ a month for that A220 deal was bad then this comes along and sinks the boat. 
Pay down the loan. The more you pay off, the less in interest you are paying and the less in the negative you will be. The only reason you should be saving for a down payment in this situation is if you are using it to get crazy returns in the stock market.
