Calculator, but I can not get the monthly payment they quoted for some reason…: https://leasehackr.com/calculator?make=BMW&miles=10000&msd=0&msrp=56845&sales_price=50997&months=36&mf=0.00099&dp=0&dealer_fee=0&acq_fee=2000&taxed_inc=3000&untaxed_inc=0&rebate=0&resP=58&reg_fee=0&sales_tax=9&demo_mileage=3253&memo=&zero_driveoff=true&monthlyTax_radio=true

Any tips how to potentially further negotiate? I am planning of cross-shopping, there seems to be a few loaners available around me.

Thanks again!

At a glance, the discount is low for a loaner, way too much downpayment, no other incentives (?), MF is a touch off, consider doing MSD’s, and RV may be incorrect.

Edit: you may want to share the deal sheet so others can provide better insight

Thank you for the response and suggestions, I think the major issue is indeed the loaner discount being low.

For the rest, I tried to put the info I got from the dealer website in the calculator, so as you correctly noticed some things are off (I had MSRP, selling price, monthly payment, downpayment, Months + miles).

I will ask them for a deal sheet and update, I will also add this in an edit in the original post.

Does your massive downpayment include the MSDs? If yes, then it is ok. I would offer 15-20% of MSRP for your offer price. Discount is too low. Having said that, inventories are tight so not sure if they will bite.

Have you even gotten an actual offer from this dealer? Or are you just inputting numbers from their website with their advertised selling price?

I was doing the website but I now have an offer that I updated the post with, thanks for looking into it.

This is the closest I could get with what you provided. No idea what your tax rate is and you’ll need to have the dealer breakdown your fees.

If it was new, it’d be a pretty good deal now. A loaner? You might want to shoot for another 2-4% off but there are almost no M340’s to be found, much less loaners. Good luck!
