Unread Number won't clear

Been happening all morning.
I’ve visited this thread all day at least 5 times and it still says 23 unread?

And now I can’t upload the picture…odd

Well the issue is the UNREADS are staying unread.

Strange. Try logging out or clearing the cache images and file to see if that fixes the problem?

Log out / log in - No changes
Full Cache Clear - No Changes
Login from IN PRIVATE BROWSER - No Changes

It appears to be on the server side.
Edit : Pictures work now.
