The sell price in not necessarily the MSRP. To get the sell price of 47450, the dealer deducts their own discount, if any, and may deduct dealer cash or even rebates from the MSRP. You need to separate them and determine the dealer discount.
Thank you all for the help and clarification!
I am new to leasehackr, but am already getting addicted to visiting this site.
Here’s my deal’s LH calculator for my CA deal: There are a lot additional regional incentives besides the $7500 EV lease cash + $4000 Conquest rebate- those were taxable. So my dealer’s actual pre-incentive discount was only 7.86% vs 33.34%.
MSRP=$70450. Selling price=$46963.25.
2024+Acura+ZDX+AWD+w/A-Spec+Package
.00105 MF and 45% RV: 24 months
Taxable:
$7500 EV lease credit
$4000 Conquest
Non-taxable:
$2300 Regional Captive Lease Offer exp. 06/30/2025
$6000 Dealer / Lease / Finance Cash exp. 06/30/2025
$9650 Captive Lease Offer exp. 06/30/2025
The calculator numbers end up being the same as how I would interpret from the actual contract which doesn’t break down the non-taxable incentives.
