TX] Thoughts on this BMW i4 Lease Deal?

,

Hey everyone,

I’m in Texas working on a lease for a BMW i4 and wanted to get your thoughts on whether this looks like a good deal.

Basics:

  • 36 months / 10k miles
  • Money factor is below BMW’s standard base
  • Includes BMW FS credits (EV + loyalty)
  • Cap cost reduction applied using BMW incentives + a small amount of my own cash
  • Texas lease (so full sales tax upfront)

Monthly payment is in the high $500s with a large amount applied upfront (credits + cash), which makes the effective monthly quite a bit higher once you spread everything out.

Questions:

  1. Does this look like a solid deal given current BMW programs?
  2. Should I push for a bigger dealer discount or restructure this as a true sign‑and‑drive?
  3. Anyone here in Texas gotten better discounts or lower effective monthly on a similar i4 lately?

Attaching the worksheet for reference. Appreciate any feedback before I move forward.

That discount is not good at all, and the MF is marked up. I’d offer to help, but check to see if @iac can help first, since he has local dealerships in Texas, but let me know if he doesn’t have what you’re looking to get, and I’m happy to help.

Did you run this through GPT?

Keep in mind as a super supporter you have access to Rate Finder which will give you the base mf rate and the rv for the selected term. That way you can double check and verify what it looks like AI is telling you.

What is the base MF on BMW? I cannot tell on the website.

Do you mean you couldn’t determine that from this website? As a Super Supporter, you have access to Ratefindr (which should list buyrate MF).

0.0007 is base MF for an i4 eDr40.

What is BMW MF, and how much can a dealer mark it up?
