Please see the list of loaner and demo lease scenarios listed below. However, before reading the list, I wanted to thank everyone on this forum for the recommendations and advice. LeaseHackr is a great community and a great resource as well.
A few quick notes about my list of 3 series:
The available loaners and demos have less miles than previously shared examples on this site which reduces the discount available because BMW/Dealer incentives change based on the miles.
Due to the lower mileage on these demo/loaners, you’ll have warranty/maintenance coverage through the term of the lease with the leases i provided
Thanks

If deals are good, people will be interested, but only way to find out is to post the deals. Otherwise, you are just another dealer making promises. The proof is in the deal structure.
Perhaps check out what @loberant has done. He creates a spreadsheet of “deals”. People really like it and find it to be an upfront way of doing business. FWIW, if I were a dealer, seeing the positive response to his methods, I would follow suit.
So would the drive-offs be $5500-$6000 (with ~$3000 being MSDs) and monthly payments around $400 after tax? These sound like horrible deals for being 2016 demos, especially for people on this site.
