I’m not an expert on leasehacking, but if the deal on a particular car is bad, don’t take it. Low inventory may be a problem, but don’t make it your problem. Let the dealer worry about. I would check with brokers either on this site or in your area for deal on Rogue or another vehicle with the payment that fits your budget.
Have you gotten any real offers from a dealer yet? This calculators aren’t offers.
As @nyx34 said, they do not seem to want to deal. They do not even want to deal on leftover 2019 and one dealer has a bunch. They told me they do not negotiate except in person and even then the internet price is the best they can do and have a nice life essentially
