I should have mentioned that I signed this about 7:50pm on Monday 7/9 - last day of the month for Ford and the expiration of the Private Offers that I have seen floating around. Without the PCO, deal is bust.
Overall it is pretty much what @WolfsRain did, I just had more wiggle room with it being a loaner.
