3 Week Update on my C63:

Officially drove 1,700 miles making it 11,700 miles. Was able to track down the previous owner and get the second key from his family, also able to get factory navigation activated for $35 off eBay from China when the Benz dealer quoted $871 for NAV SD Card and $800+ for the second key.
