Picked this up right before New Years! It’s a lease transfer.
108k msrp 2020 Long Range Model X fully loaded: black ($1500), wheels ($5500), self driving ($10,000), white interior with black wood ($1500), 6 seating configuration with captain chairs ($6500).
24 months remaining, $2000 incentive provided, $1411 (with Florida tax). After incentives net payment is $1327. $0 DAS.
Doesn’t even make the 1% rule but hey it’s Tesla (requiring 12k deposit for this payment), tough FL market and the fully loaded X with 4K miles only.
Note: Tesla screws you over by removing unlimited supercharging, premium connectivity ($10 per month thereafter) and you can’t transfer the car anymore (1 time is allowed per lease duration) during lease transfer. Also took forever for them to locate the title. Net-net, took 2 months to transfer.
